The American Lung Association of Maine Advocacy Network Over 150,000 Mainers have lung disease. The American Lung Association of Maine Advocacy Network, is a volunteer advocay network and communication tool that facilitates change, to improve the lung health of all Mainers. When you become a member of our volunteer Advocacy Network, you join a select group of Maine people. Network members advocate for: * protecting the Fund for a Healthy Maine; * reducing tobacco use; * promoting healthy indoor and outdoor air; * helping people with asthma and other lung diseases; * improving access to health services; and * improving the quality of health services, including prescription drugs.
