Last week we gave you the facts and this week we hope you will take action!

On December 11th, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) will be voting on the plan to reduce global warming gases. This plan is key to achieving the greenhouse gas targets that were set in AB 32, the Global Warming Solutions Act, which the American Lung Association of California strongly supported.

Please take 2 minutes now and tell CARB your story!

The state global warming plan will not only help to slow emissions of greenhouse gases, but can help California develop healthier communities,  reduce  smog and toxic diesel soot, develop cleaner alternative fuels and  promote alternative transportation strategies that reduce driving. 

We need your voice to ensure that California's plan moves us forward quickly on all these fronts. 

Take action and ask the state air board to strengthen the plan that is before them to achieve the highest level of public health protection!

Doing nothing will only result in higher public health costs.
