The short explanation of this alert was:
On January 7, 2003, the American Lung Associaton State of Tobacco Control 2002 report, a state-by-state report card on tobacco laws was released. The report grades states on Smokefree Air, Cigarette Excise Tax Rates, Youth Access to Tobacco and Funding Comprehensive Tobacco Prevention and Education Programs. Ask Mayor Williams to support tobacco control by sending a letter today.
