Show your appreciation for Smokefree Delaware.

Delaware’s Clean Indoor Air law, passed in November 2002, is the most protective law in the nation pertaining to the harmful effects of secondhand smoke. Other states are following Delaware’s example for Clean Indoor Air legislation. Six other states passed smokefree laws in 2003 after Delaware’s smoking ban went into effect.
