The short explanation of this alert was:

According to the 4th Annual American Lung Association State of Tobacco Control report, Massachusetts continues to recieve poor grades in two key areas.

The report gave the Massachusetts the following grades:

Tobacco Prevention and Control Spending, Grade: F

Smokefree Air, Grade: A

Cigarette Taxes, Grade: B

Youth Access to Tobacco Products, Grade: C

We need you to tell your legislators and Governor Romney to leave the proposed $6 million dollars in the coming budget and to return tobocco control spending to the CDC minimum of $35 million. We need your help to 'Restore the Trust.'
