Due to your efforts victory was achieved at the statehouse when the state passed the smokefree air bill banning smoking in most public places. After over ten years of advocating to protect New Jersey citizens from the toxins of second-hand smoke, a Class A carcinogen responsible for over $350 million in healthcare costs each year, the law was passed on Monday, January 9th.
